• Make sure all athletes have prove of vaccination for 12+ and ID
  • Plan to come 20min in advance of warm-up start time to make sure athletes are on a deck 15min in advance
  • Vaccinated parents can see the meet from tribune, however no parents on the pool Deck are allowed unless permitted by club staff!
  • No heavy food at least 1:30h before warm-up or practice, only light snacks
  • Please make sure athletes have following things on them:
    • Swim suit
    • Rocket Swim Cap
    • Rocket T-Shirt
    • Googles
    • Towel
    • Slippers
    • Parka to keep athletes warm between races.
    • On major competitions: parka, tracksuit, indoor sneakers is a must to keep warm full body.
    • Water ( in plastic bottle only )
    • Snacks( powerbar only during covid )
