  • 1:00 Start of the Event
  • 2:00 – 2:45 Snacks ( Pizza, Juice, Veggies, Fruits etc )
  • 3:00 – Award Ceremony & Club End of Season Picture ( RocketSwim Club T-shirt mandatory for picture and event !!!)
  • PARENTS PICTURE!!!!
  • New Season Plan Discussion with parents!!!!
  • 3:30 – 5:30 Games & Activities ( volleyball, dodgeball, family relays, balloons  etc )

    • Registration starts End of June
    • Start of season September 2
    • Finally officially as RocketSwim within Swimming Canada!!!!
    • 10 Month season ( Sept – June )
    • New High Performance Coach expected.
    • Summer activities recommendation:
      • Twice a week 30-40min distance swimming
      • Summer Routine will be given for Senior+ levels.
      • Staying Active!
