Every new RocketSwim member completes a short in-water assessment. It helps our coaches understand current ability, goals and the most suitable starting group.

Non-Competitive
For children developing confidence, water safety, efficient technique and a strong foundation for lifelong swimming.
Competitive
For swimmers ready for structured training, racing skills, measurable progression and a greater level of commitment.
Masters & Adults
For adult beginners, returning swimmers, fitness-focused members and experienced Masters competitors.
Private Coaching
Individual coaching for focused technique development, specific goals or swimmers who benefit from personal attention.

A coach observes the swimmer in the water for approximately 10–15 minutes.

We recommend the appropriate program, group and weekly training frequency.

- Bring a swimsuit, goggles, swim cap and towel.
